Rooted in yoga. Responsive to contemporary life.
SRUSTI YOGA AND WELLNESS CENTRE(SYWC) is a yoga education and wellness institution committed to helping individuals develop healthier, more conscious and more balanced ways of living.
Managed by Navodaya Trust, the Centre provides an organised platform for yoga education, guided practice, meditation, workshops, wellness awareness and community engagement.
Our certification courses preserve the foundational spirit of yoga while presenting its practices in a structured and accessible manner for contemporary participants.
A Commitment to Accessible and Meaningful Yoga Education
SRUSTI YOGA AND WELLNESS CENTRE(SYWC) was established with the belief that the benefits of yoga should be available to individuals irrespective of age, profession, prior experience or social background.
The Centre began its yoga education and training activities in 2022. Its certification courses were developed to address the growing need for physical activity, mental relaxation, emotional resilience and sustainable lifestyle practices.
Srusti seeks to create more than a place for conducting yoga sessions. It aims to develop a culture in which yoga becomes a regular, responsible and meaningful part of everyday living.
To foster a healthy, balanced and harmonious community by making yoga and holistic wellness accessible to all.
The Centre functions under Navodaya Trust through the following governance and operational structure:

Yoga Begins on the Mat and Finds Meaning in Everyday Life
At Srusti, yoga is understood as a discipline that connects the body, breath, mind and way of living.
A meaningful yoga practice should help an individual:
We therefore emphasise awareness, regularity, discipline, correct practice and gradual personal development.
The purpose is not simply to teach participants how to perform yoga practices. It is to help them understand the role of yoga, experience its value and incorporate its principles into everyday life.
Traditional in Foundation. Practical in Application. Inclusive in Delivery.
Our approach brings together:
The purpose is not simply to teach participants how to perform yoga practices. It is to help them understand the role of yoga, experience its value and incorporate its principles into everyday life.
We respect the principles, discipline and values of the Indian yoga tradition.
We seek to make yoga accessible to people from different age groups, professions and backgrounds.
We encourage regularity, commitment, responsibility and respect for the learning process.
We recognise physical, mental and emotional well-being as interconnected dimensions of a healthy life.
We encourage participants to practise with attention, understanding and sensitivity to individual capacity.
We extend the benefits of yoga through outreach, awareness and collaborative programmes.
We promote long-term lifestyle improvement rather than temporary or occasional participation.
